Since 2015, my go-to for carrying my laptop and iPad Pro
I got this as an accessory for my 2011 Zuca Pro carryon and have zero regrets! The bag is well organized with a side pocket perfect for pens, sticky notes, receipts, etc. The other side has smaller pockets that are great for chargers, cables and the like. I use the front pocket to hold my Kindle, boarding pass and other documents, lip balm, water bottle, etc. It's surprisingly big and roomy. Inside is a perfect laptop pocket that swallows up my 13" MacBook Air, my 12" iPad Pro, and files while completely isolating them from the bottom of the bag (no dings if the bag gets dropped). There are additional slots inside for books, papers, files etc.that can be used as is or flattened out of the way to make more room. I typically put a rolled up puffer jacket or rolled bed pillow in here, along with all my electronics, my travel makeup kit and toiletries bag, a TRTL travel device (sort of like a pillow that I use on the plane to sleep) and a spare pair of underwear (yes, I have been trapped in an airport for 24 hours). I have also thrown in a spare pair of shoes. PLUS, I put my small day purse in here (fully loaded). When I go to get on the plane, I toss the purse inside so the backpack counts as my purse. This allows me to gain at least another 2 days out of my Zuca Pro carryon, allowing for a week long trip, no problem. The backpack sits well on your back, has fully adjustable straps (but no chest compressor strap--which I prefer for a business backpack), and has two adjustable anchor straps that allow it to go on any suitcase that has handle extender. I *love* the extremely durable and comfortable grab handle on the top. The bag sits well on top of suitcases and also on the ground. I love that it doesn't tip over when set down.
Best Backpack on the Market
I ordered my first Business Backpack over 10 years ago and have been using it daily ever since. This is, hands-down, the sturdiest most versatile backpack on the market (and I know, because I've looked at others). The only reason why I am replacing it is because it has finally started to really show signs of wear, AFTER 10 YEARS of almost daily use. In addition to just being the best backpack for transporting a portable office, it's also incredibly comfortable and sturdy. I have loaded this thing up with over 20 pounds of electronics and "stuff" while traveling and have carried it from one end of an airport terminal to another comfortably. Seriously, you won't regret purchasing this backpack. I'm looking forward to my new one, I just wish it came in other colors! After 10 years, it'd be nice to have something colorful instead of plain black.
