RETURN POLICY
ZÜCA will accept returns or exchanges of unused product purchased within the last 30 days, using the following procedures:
- Complete and submit this ZÜCA RETURN FORM to customerservice@zuca.com.
- Our Customer Service Representative will respond via email to your return request and provide an RMA number.
The RMA number will help us to know who the return is coming from, and will expedite the return process. - Please include a printed copy of the completed ZÜCA RETURN FORM inside the box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ship your unused ZÜCA item/s in the original packaging to:

PLEASE NOTE:
- If your product was purchased from a retail store or a website other than zuca.com, please inquire about your return from the original place of purchase.
- Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition with all original parts and tags.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
- Costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We may choose to reject the delivery of your package if you don't have an RMA number.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the return.
